Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or using Outwise AI.

1. Service and educational use

Outwise AI provides educational preparation tools for examination practice, revision, planning, and performance reflection. The service is intended for informational and educational purposes and is not a substitute for official examination guidance, qualified instruction, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any other professional advice.

2. Artificial intelligence disclaimer

Some questions, answers, explanations, recommendations, study plans, difficulty adjustments, and other materials are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Outwise does not warrant that any AI-generated content is correct, error-free, current, complete, or appropriate for a particular examination or purpose.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and independently verifying AI-generated content against official examination notices, authoritative textbooks, NCERT materials, trusted educators, and other reliable sources before relying on it. You must not treat an AI-generated answer or explanation as authoritative solely because it is displayed by Outwise.

3. Verified and sourced content

Outwise may identify content as verified, published, sourced, or quality-checked. These labels describe internal processing and quality controls; they do not constitute a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, suitability, or official endorsement. Source materials may contain errors, ambiguity, or changes that Outwise has not yet reflected.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not misuse the service, bypass feature controls, submit unlawful or harmful content, interfere with service operation, scrape protected data, or attempt to access another user’s account or information.

5. Plans, payments, and access

Paid features, limits, prices, and access rights are described in the service at the time of purchase. Access is subject to successful payment verification, applicable usage limits, and the plan selected. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms. Subscription expiry, cancellation, refunds, renewals, and other billing events are governed by the applicable purchase terms and provider policies.

6. Intellectual property

Outwise, its software, branding, interface, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the service operator. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit protected service content without authorization.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an availability basis and may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Outwise is not liable for examination outcomes, missed opportunities, decisions made in reliance on service content, indirect losses, or inaccuracies in AI-generated or sourced material.

8. Changes

We may update these terms, features, prices, or policies from time to time. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.

By using Outwise, you acknowledge that AI-assisted educational content can contain mistakes and agree to verify important information independently.
